Poster and Demo Submission Deadline: April 2, 2025

IEEE MetaCom 2025 invites submissions of technical demonstrations and posters that exhibit innovative and original research. We seek contributions that validate significant research concepts or demonstrate practical applications. IEEE MetaCom welcomes Posters and Demos from diverse sources including industry, academia, government, and in particular from students, developers, startups and small corporations.

(a) The Demo Session offers a great opportunity to showcase innovative research or product prototypes, systems, software and hardware platforms, and novel applications. We also welcome live demos reproducing results of papers presented at IEEE MetaCom, as well as other relevant venues.

(b) The Poster Session provides an excellent opportunity for initial feedback on early research results or dissemination of the research outputs by ongoing or recently concluded research projects. This session will be particularly useful for early-stage student researchers who want to interact directly with academics, industry personnel, and peers.

Demo and Poster Submission Instructions

Please submit a two-page abstract adhering to IEEE's formatting standards. Detailed guidelines are available in the IEEE submission instructions. Your submission should include all authors' names, affiliations, and email addresses, as a double-blind review is not required. Clearly articulate the content and format of your contribution, whether it's a poster or a live demonstration, within your abstract. This description is crucial for the review process. Note that the sessions for demos and posters will be held in person, requiring at least one author present to showcase the work. Should your demo necessitate special equipment or arrangements, include a detailed request in your submission for budget approval consideration.

Accepted abstracts will be included in the IEEE MetaCom 2025 Proceedings, and those presented in person at IEEE MetaCom 2025 will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
