As a session chair, please arrive at the session venue 10 minutes before the session starts to meet with the speakers, and to request a brief paragraph for introductions. Provide a brief introduction at the beginning of each presentation, and remind the speakers of their remaining time 3-4 minutes before the allocated time slot (10 or 15 minutes, depending on the type of the presentation).
